Samuel Chukwueze is undergoing a medical at Fulham ahead of a loan move from AC Milan with a £21.6m–£26m buy option

Samuel Chukwueze is close to completing a Deadline Day switch to Fulham, with the Nigerian winger currently undergoing a medical in London.

The deal agreed with AC Milan is a season-long loan with an option to buy permanently, worth between £21.6 million and £26 million.

Fulham have moved swiftly to strengthen their attack and are confident of finalising the transfer before the window closes.

Chukwueze, 25, joined Milan from Villarreal just over a year ago but has struggled for consistent playing time under Stefano Pioli.

Now, the Premier League side is offering him a fresh opportunity in England, where his pace, flair, and left-footed creativity could provide a vital spark in Fulham’s frontline.

Should Chukwueze impress this season, Fulham are expected to trigger the buy option and make the move permanent next summer.
