Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, welcomed the new year with a spirit of humility and inclusivity as he actively participated in interfaith prayers at both the Lagos House Chapel and Lagos House Mosque.

By engaging in Christian prayers at the Lagos House Chapel and Muslim prayers at the Lagos House Mosque, Governor Sanwo-Olu emphasized the importance of embracing shared beliefs for the collective well-being and prosperity of the state.
“Starting 2024 with a humble heart, I joined the Christian prayers at Lagos House Chapel. Our commitment to religious unity paves the way for progress in Lagos State.
“Continuing in the spirit of harmony, I participated in the Muslim prayers at Lagos House Mosque. Let’s embrace our shared beliefs and thrive together in 2024,” he wrote.
