The governor made the disclosure on Thursday during the commissioning of the 9.7km Ogbakiri Road project.
Fubara assured the All Progressives Congress (APC) leadership that he has strong grassroots structures and committed supporters capable of delivering the needed backing for President Tinubu.
He highlighted that the overwhelming reception during project commissioning activities across the state has further reinforced his confidence in rallying support.
Fubara described the Ogbakiri Road as a key achievement of his administration, noting that its completion was accomplished despite financial constraints caused by a court decision that temporarily blocked federal allocations to Rivers State.
In addition, the governor pledged to evaluate the feasibility of extending internal roads in the area and connecting the newly commissioned road to Degema via a proposed bridge.
