Nollywood actor Okemesi is in a coma after complications from hospital drugs; colleagues call for prayers and financial support
Nollywood comic actor and content creator, Bamidele Tope Saint, popularly known as Okemesi, is in a coma following complications from drugs administered by a hospital.

Actor Jeff Owolewa, widely known as Tony Montana, revealed the development in an Instagram post on Monday night.
Okemesi, who recently moved into a new apartment provided by the public, had previously solicited financial assistance after falling ill and becoming homeless.
Jeff Owolewa explained that Okemesi was initially rejected by several hospitals, including a government facility in Igodo, before being readmitted to the private hospital that first treated him.
“Guys, Okemesi has been hospitalised again. He was sleeping all through Saturday and Sunday without much appetite due to complications from the drugs given when he was discharged last week,” Jeff stated.

He added that Okemesi has been on oxygen since Monday morning and is currently stabilising. Jeff also called on Nigerians to keep the actor in their prayers and requested financial assistance for his treatment.
