Diddy Cassie abuse lawsuit reveals disturbing claims of trafficking, manipulation, and sexual abuse filed by Clayton Howard in a new civil court filing

[dropcap]A[/dropcap] man who once described himself as a male escort and entertainment companion to Sean “Diddy” Combs has filed a civil lawsuit against the rapper and singer Cassie Ventura, igniting new controversy around the embattled music mogul.

Clayton Howard, who said he operated under the name “Dave,” alleges years of sexual abuse, trafficking, and psychological manipulation by both Diddy and Cassie.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, Howard accused the pair of forcing him into degrading acts under the influence of drugs and within what he described as “freak-off” sessions.

The Diddy Cassie abuse lawsuit claims Howard was trafficked across state lines as far back as 2009 and manipulated into participating in disturbing acts for the couple’s entertainment.

Among the allegations, Howard stated that Cassie transmitted a sexually transmitted disease to him and aborted a pregnancy he fathered without his knowledge.

He also described being drugged and coerced into extended sexual acts, which caused physical injury.

I was used like a puppet. I lost everything—my mind, my health, my ability to feel safe.

“I was used like a puppet. I lost everything—my mind, my health, my ability to feel safe,” Howard said, according to the filing.

Howard is seeking damages for emotional distress, medical expenses, and lost income.

He did not testify in the federal trial against Diddy, but was previously named by federal investigators as one of seven male escorts involved in the rapper’s private sessions.

The Diddy Cassie abuse lawsuit comes after Diddy’s recent conviction for transporting escorts across state lines. Although he was acquitted of racketeering and sex trafficking charges, he remains in custody pending sentencing, facing up to 20 years in prison.

Cassie’s team has not issued a response to the lawsuit. Earlier this year, they publicly distanced her from Diddy’s criminal case.

As public reaction grows, many are calling for renewed scrutiny of the entertainment industry’s treatment of vulnerable individuals.
