The announcement came through a statement on Monday from Abiodun Oladunjoye, Director of Information and Public Relations at the State House.
The presidency clarified that Umunubo no longer holds any position within the administration.
The statement explicitly warned that stakeholders in Nigeria’s digital and creative economy, both locally and abroad, should take note.
It stressed that anyone engaging with Umunubo in the name of the Tinubu administration “does so at his or her own risk.”
The move underscores the administration’s firm stance on representation and accountability within sensitive sectors like technology and creative industries.
