The Salvation for All Souls Global Outreach, also known as SAFAS, an evangelical humanitarian ministry led by Apostle BOT Adeyemi, concluded a one-day free medical outreach in Ifewara, Osun State, on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Akinyemi Memorial Grammar School, providing healthcare services to hundreds of residents.

The outreach delivered free medical consultations, health screenings, minor surgical procedures, dental care, eye services including prescription glasses, medications, and general health education.
Residents also received financial assistance, with widows and widowers among the beneficiaries.
The programme was organised in collaboration with the Christian Medical and Dental Association, Osun State chapter, as part of SAFAS’ integrated model that combines healthcare intervention with spiritual engagement across communities.
Apostle BOT Adeyemi described the initiative as a deliberate effort to address both physical and spiritual needs in underserved areas.

He noted that the organisation has successfully implemented similar programmes in Lagos, Abeokuta, and Ibadan before extending its outreach to Ifewara.
Media Director Ayomikun Bamgboye explained that the structure of combining medical outreach with a follow-up crusade ensures lasting community impact.
He added that the approach promotes sustained engagement beyond immediate medical relief.

Healthcare professionals who participated in the exercise described the programme as timely and impactful, noting that many beneficiaries gained access to essential services they would otherwise have been unable to afford.
Following the medical outreach, SAFAS is set to begin a crusade in Ifewara from April 27 to May 1, 2026.
The event is expected to reinforce the humanitarian gains of the medical programme while providing spiritual support to residents.
