Saraki expressed deep concern over the escalating insecurity, following a series of violent incidents reported across the state within days.
Condemnation of the Oyo State school kidnapping crisis came after gunmen reportedly attacked schools in Orire Local Government Area, abducting dozens of students and several teachers in one of the latest mass abductions.
He also referenced the killing of teacher Michael Oyedokun, who had appeared in a distressing video pleading for help before his death, describing the incident as heartbreaking and unacceptable.
Saraki further highlighted the abduction of two staff members of the Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria in Idi Ayunre, Ibadan, noting that the facility had previously experienced similar attacks involving farmers earlier in March.
Describing the situation as deeply painful, Saraki said the frequency and scale of the attacks should be a concern for all Nigerians, especially given the vulnerability of children and rural communities.
He extended condolences to the family of the late teacher and all others affected, while praying for the safe return of those still in captivity.
Saraki urged security agencies to deploy all available resources to rescue the victims and ensure that those responsible are brought to justice without delay.
