According to reports, the grieving husband deposited his wife’s remains at the morgue in May 2025 while preparing for her funeral.
After months of planning, including printing burial posters and fixing a date for the ceremony, he returned to the facility in early February 2026 to retrieve the body.
However, he was reportedly informed that the remains could not be found.

Sources said the man was met with conflicting explanations from mortuary staff when he demanded clarification. Some attendants allegedly avoided him, while others were said to have fled the premises when he insisted on seeing his wife’s body.
The distraught widower has called for a full investigation into the incident. He insists the body was not misplaced but deliberately sold, and is demanding justice and accountability from the authorities.
