The Nigerian woman found dead Canada incident came to light after the highly accomplished executive, who worked with a multinational company, failed to attend a scheduled online meeting with senior executives on Monday.
Adedoyin, who relocated to Canada in July 2022, had attended church on Sunday, January 18, before reporting to work the following day, January 19, and later returning home in the evening.
Concern grew when she did not log into her virtual meeting as expected and could not be reached through phone calls or messages, prompting her colleagues to alert authorities.
Police officers were subsequently called to her residence, where they forced entry into the apartment and discovered her lifeless body.
Authorities have not yet released details surrounding the cause of death, and investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances that led to the tragedy.
The sudden death has sent shockwaves through her professional and social circles, with many describing her as a dedicated and promising professional whose life was cut short unexpectedly.
